Finding a beautiful and distinctive centerpiece is a creative endeavor, whether for a restaurant or a home. We suggest trying something new: edible fresh growing centerpieces, either in our beautiful clay pots or in your own containers… They add a fun, yet elegant flair to any table. 

Texture, color, shelf life, and overall appearance of
certain special varieties lead to our list of recommended microgreen centerpieces. All of these varieties should last at least a week without needing any care (just make sure to water them prior to placing on the table).

Chervil, carrot, amaranth and wheatgrass are among our favorites. Of course all our varieties can be used as centerpieces, but some need more water and grow more quickly than others. We can grow our micros as custom blends, using artistic designs that look beautiful on your dining table or restaurant buffet.
