Since microgreens were introduced a few short years ago, they have become wildly popular among fine chefs as beautiful and flavorful garnishes for restaurant meals.

Each of our microgreen varieties makes a wonderful salad topping. They can also be sprinkled on soups, fish, meats, and sandwiches. Micros offer a marvelous range of unexpected flavors, textures and colors to your meal.
